The NW Phoenix Office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.

Becky Tanner & Mark Leuer

Becky Tanner came to the Phoenix area in April of 2002 from Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Becky spent 24 years working in the Mortgage Industry and truly enjoyed helping people, especially those that were purchasing their first home.  She understands how important it is to listen to what her clients needs are and working hard to ensure that those needs are met.  After her father suffered a severe stroke, Becky saw first hand what families experience when a loved one needs help and they don’t know where to turn.  Becky had always dreamed of owning her own business and Right at Home provided the opportunity to achieve that dream, as well as allowing her to do what she does best – helping others with whatever their needs might be.

Mark Leuer, originally from Iowa, moved to the Valley in 1996.  Mark was also in the Mortgage and Financial Industry for 21 years.  Mark owned his own Mortgage Company for the last 10 years before he partnered with Becky and opened their Right at Home office.  As a Midwest native, Mark understands the philosophy of hard work, dedication and caring about your neighbors.  Although he holds a Masters Degree in Physical Education, Mark decided to follow the path of Allen Hager, the President of Right at Home and return to school to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.  By doing this, Mark felt that it would be a tremendous help to the clients and families that we serve.  Mark has three children and enjoys coaching and attending their various sporting events.
